I have a fine-grained token, with the following enabled a the source account level:
At the Enterprise level the same token shows:
Enterprise Inference Providers shows:
You have exceeded your monthly included credits for Inference Providers. Subscribe to PRO to get 20x more monthly included credits.
If it works the same way as Pro and Organization, then even if you use your own token, Enterprise rights should apply…

Hi @michael-newsrx-com Can you please make you’ve added "X-HF-Bill-To: my-org-name" as a header in your HTTP requests so that the organization is billed? More info here: Pricing and Billing
If this doesn’t solve the issue let us know!
