I have the same problem, it’s been more than 72 hours and my subscription has not been activated.

From what other users have said, it seems to take around two weeks for the refund to be completed, depending on the credit card company. It seems that in some cases it can be quicker.

More than the refund, I just want my PRO plan to be activated. This is not just about the money; it’s about the fact that they haven’t even activated the service I paid for. If they keep ignoring me, I will make sure to spread a lot of negative publicity about this situation.

did this issue resolve ever. After i made the payment, it said your card is not usable something. So, I retried and it said the same thing. But when I checked my statement, the money 9$ was deducted twice. I mailed but its been 24 hours so far and no reply.
